Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent licensed electrician handling your dispatch.

Pennsylvania one-party consent

Pennsylvania is a two-party (all-party) consent state for call recording under 18 Pa. C.S. § 5703 (the Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act). All parties to a telephone call must consent to recording. The affiliate network's IVR or live dispatcher provides recording disclosure at call connection before any recording begins.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
